Week 7, Post 2: Schedule Postings

See my scheduled posts below. I accidentally published a 4th one today as well!

My 4 scheduled postings are the following:

1) Announcing the upcoming launch of my website - I do not actually have a website going for this business yet, but have a rough template sketch that I shared in the posting. This is meant to get people excited about the development of my business; people love to be a part of new things, so it is exciting for them to see new content from a business they might be interested in. I invited them to stay tuned for new and upcoming content (call to action to keep them engaged). Note: If this was a real business, I would not create a posting like this unless I actually had a website ready to launch.

2) "Puppy Hour" announcement to advertise our happy hour from 6-10 pm every Monday - Thursday. This includes $5 specialty cocktails (a drink of our choice), as well as free entry for pets from 6pm - close. This will inform our audience and get them excited about our product/services, as well as entice them to visit us on the week days when we may otherwise be slow (free entry for pups is a must because I do not anticipate very many people bringing their dogs to play past 6 pm; charging them may deter business.)

3) Announcement of our "annual" spooktacular costume contest on Halloween. This invites guests to participate their dogs in a costume contest throughout the day, with the chance to win free drinks and other gifts (for themselves and for their pets). This gets people excited about what we have to offer, and hopefully entices them to do business with us on Halloween.

4) Announcement of our new Halloween-themed "Howliday" cocktails. We will plan to have new craft cocktails for each holiday, hence the term "Howliday Cocktails". The post invites guests to ask about our "Secret Howliday Menu" which we will have reserved only for those who ask for it. Consumers love to feel like they are part of a secret club (hence, the popularity of modern day speakeasies), so I feel this could be a good idea to get people more motivated to follow us on social media etc.
